Do it yourself cosplay

I made a gyarados gijinka as gyarados is my absolute favourite pokémon. I thought the idea of a fish tail dress was so funny so i made it a think. The dress is entirely made out of blue dress lining, the scales and ear flaps are made from white (p)leather and finally the mask was made from the back of a pizza box as a last minute touch.
