How to make a cute and simple bow
Okay! People have asked me quite a few times about making bows. This is just a way i found helpful to make cute and simple bows.
You will need: Some fabric for the bow, needle, thread (maybe a sewing machine for seems but not necessary)

Make sure your material is longer than it is wide no matter what size you're making it should be rectangular in shape.
For this you will need two pieces sewn with the pattern sides together on the edges of the width and can be left open and hemmed on the top and bottom.

Fold the material in half, so that the seems (not the open ends) meet. Rub alone the fold with your hand. When you unfold the centre where you made the fold should have a crease, you want to make very loose and long stitches in the crease and leave it loose at the end don't tie off. When starting either tie a knot or just keep going over a stich a few times (this bit should be done by hand, dont worry about it being tidy or not it will be covered by the centre piece of the bow).

Next you need to push the fabric down the stitches you just made. This bit should be very easy.
When you have it pushed down and gathered as much as you feel you like then go over a stitch on the end of the fabric so that the gathering doesn't come loose.

For the middle part of the bow you want it to fit where the gathered stitches are, so we take some of the material and fold it so that it will fit in the middle. We don't need to stitch it shut (unless you really want to).

Place your strip of fabric in the centre of the bow. Turn the strip the wrong way around, sew together and then cut to fit. After this you can very easily turn the centre bit the right way around. Then Voilá, you have a very cute, simple anime style bow

I know some of this may be difficult for those who have never sewn or anything before so as time goes on i will add links to words or things i did to better explain how to do them to those who don't really understand what im talking about.
I hope this was helpful and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
